Kogi co-founder Caroline Shin-Manguera says a steep “learning curve” when starting the business accounts for the wording on the trademark application.</p></blockquote>

<p>To me, this is an example of Big Business capitalizing on what a small, independent business has done.  It will be interesting to see how it all comes out.</p>
