		<description>Like I posted on Jim&#039;s site, I&#039;m seriously lagged. I have no idea why I get behind with the folks I normally read, but I do. Maybe there&#039;s an interesting (or not) post there. I may need to explore that.

This post resonated with me. When I was in counseling for depression a few years ago, my counselor and I explored work as part of the healing process. I like what I do and I&#039;m good at it, but it isn&#039;t what is most important to me. It is the relationships developed with the people I work with that are important.
